8. 핀은 초경합금(텅스텐 카바이드)으로 제작되어 수명이 반영구적 입니다.
9. 그라인딩 챔버의 베셀 내부는 특수 열처리된 합금으로 만들어져 수명이 대단히 길며, 또한 베셀의 슬리브는 수명이 다한 후 교환이 가능하도록 설계되어 고객에게 경제적 이익을 줍니다.
10. 동일한 축에 두개의 VESSEL을 가지고 있어 각기 다른 크기의 메디아(BEAD)를 동시에 사용 할 수 있으며, 이는 획기적으로 품질 및 생산성의 향상을 가능하게 합니다. 1번 VESSEL은 BEAD직경이 큰것 (1.5~2mm)을 사용 1차분산(그라인딩)을 쉽게하고, 2번 VESSEL은 BEAD 직경이 작은 것 (1mm)을 사용하여 분산(그라인딩) 능력을 극대화 시켜 줍니다. 일반 페인트 및 그라비아 잉크의 경우 1~2회 작업으로 적합한 입자를 얻을 수 있습니다.
11. 그라비아 잉크 및 페인트 작업시 1 or 2회 그라인딩으로 완제품을 얻을 수 있습니다.

1. It has been specially designed for wet grinding and dispersion process in the nanometer range.
2. It is able to use grinding media with diameter ø0.5~ø2.0.
3. There are three discharging system. Disk Screen (by rotary motion), Fixed Screen and GAB which are optional according to application.
4. The speed control of axis is available by means of frequency inverter with the range 0 ~ 3,000RPM depending on model.
5. Inlet pump speed controllable system protects empty rotating of axis.
6. The Best Top Mill has been equipped with a mechanical-seal for the first time in Korea from 1989. It has solved with the product leak out problem completely.
7. It is designed for cooling water to circulate from edge of axis to pin-drum inside. This highly efficient cooling system enables to increase axis turning speed and provides excellent product separator dispersion.
8. Pin is made of tungsten carbide so its durability is semi-permanent.
9. The inside of grinding chamber’s vessel is made of special alloy steel with heat treatment so Its durability is very long. And the sleeve of vessel is designed to be able to change when it’s not available to be used any longer, so it’s very reasonable for customers.
10. It has two vessels on one single axis and it can be used with two beads in different sizes. This special design helps improving quality, productivity remarkably.
The first vessel is used with bigger size bead (1.5~2.0mm) so that it’s suitable for soft grinding. The second vessel is to be used with smaller one (1.0mm). It will maximize dispersion ability of TOP MILL. Incase of general paint and gravure ink, only 1~2 times of work can achieve enough fine particle products.
11. In the case of gravure ink and paint, only 1 or 2 passes of grinding can make the complete product.
12. BEST TOP MILL is registered with patent No. 10-0921190 at The Patent Office of Korea.
